We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of functions, to attract and hire top talent that supports our continued growth and innovation.

We are open to different engagement models, including full-time, part-time, and other flexible employment arrangements, depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical, operational, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and additional sourcing channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interview processes, and provide guidance to hiring teams throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment metrics, and talent databases within Spark Hire system.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Spark Hire.
  • Experience recruiting for multidisciplinary technical roles, including engineering, software, hardware, systems, and medical positions.
  • Familiarity with various candidate assessment and selection methods, including structured interviews and assignments.
  • Experience working in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
