NPI Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Electronics Engineer to join our NPI team within the Operations organization.

This role is responsible for leading and supporting all electronics-related activities throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from prototype, design transfer to production, continuous improvement, and change management.

The position requires close collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, as well as strong understanding of regulated medical device environments.

Requirements

  • BSc (or higher) in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an NPI Engineer, working closely with R&D and manufacturing in electronics products.
  • Experience working with documentation control systems (e.g., Windchill) and manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., Priority), and understanding the integration between documentation and production processes.
  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, assembly, and production documentation.
  • Experience with ATP / FTP development and optimization.
  • Experience with work orders, non-conformance reporting, and issue tracking during manufacturing.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing change management.
  • Understanding of electronic harness manufacturing and integration.
  • Experience working in regulated medical device environments, including process validation (ISO1348 / CFR 820 / IEC 60601 standards).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent technical English (written and spoken).
