Algorithm Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Algorithm Engineer with experience in autonomous systems, strong expertise in deep learning, and hands-on work with real-world systems. The ideal candidate has proven end-to-end ownership — from research and prototyping through production deployment — and a passion for applying advanced algorithms to medical robotics.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in algorithm development, with hands-on experience in autonomous systems and a strong track record in deep learning and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment — of machine learning or computer vision systems.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, etc.).
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
