Junior Algorithm Engineer

We are looking for a highly talented Postgraduate Engineer - MSc/PhD (1-year term), to join our Autonomous Systems team and lead the development of a foundation model that will serve as the backbone of our autonomous robot.

• M.Sc./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized academic institution; graduated with honors.
• Strong background in Visual Transformers
• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning (including academic or research projects).
• Experience in model training, fine-tuning, and neural network architecture design.
• Experience with Pytorch framework.
• Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: background in LLMs, VLMs, VLAs, or robotics.
